Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2407/2020.
In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with the rules and guidelines governing the field.
