The following order have been passed on 05.01.2023:-
“Nobody was present on behalf of the petitioners on 06.12.2022, therefore, last opportunity was granted to the counsel for the petitioners to argue the matter. Even today, nobody is present on behalf of the petitioners to argue the matter, therefore, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.”
On bare reading of the above mentioned order, it seems that despite last opportunity having been granted to the counsel for the petitioners nobody was present on behalf of the petitioners to pursue the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks one last opportunity.
In the interest of justice, the writ petition is thus, restored on a condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.5,000/-, which shall be deposited before RALSA.

In case, the petitioner does not pay the said cost within a period of 30 days from today, this order shall automatically stand nullified.
