Learned counsel for the respondents specifically submits that license granted to the petitioner has expired on 27.06.2020 as stated in para-8 of the reply and therefore, for the purpose of running the Saw Mill, the petition has become infructuous.
In light of such submission, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take up all his issues at appropriate stage, if any survives.
