This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner – Institution raising a grievance that the respondents are not inspecting its college for granting permission for enhancement of seats from 50 to 100 in AHDP Course and are also not passing appropriate orders for granting permission.

Be that as it may, counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner – Institution has already filed an application seeking permission for enhancement of seats from 50 to 100 in AHDP Course.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner-Institution. It is expected that the concerned respondent shall consider and decide the same and pass appropriate order preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of the certified copy of the order instant along with photo copy of the application after conducting necessary inspection, subject to the condition that the petitioner – Institution has completed all the other requisite formalities.
