After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file civil misc. appeal before this Court. Counsel further seeks liberty to take ground of pendency of this writ petition in the application for condonation of delay to be filed alongwith civil misc. appeal.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to hand over the certified copies of the impugned orders to the counsel for the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same on record.
