This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the

following prayers:-

“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition, call for entire record pertaining to the present matter, examine the same and by an appropriate writ of mandamus, order or direction

i) Direct the respondent No. 1 to 3 to take necessary steps to safeguard the

properties of the petitioner mentioned in para-No. 2 of the writ petition and other properties belongs to petitioner.

ii) Direct the respondents to take a serious action against the erring officials of any department whosoever is involved in this case and accordingly the necessary orders may be passed in the case so that the petitioner may use its property in question for its maintenance and welfare without any hinderance and obstructions. iii) Your Lordships may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to maintain the status of the petitioner Idol in relevant revenue record in all respect. iv) Any other relief which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners.”

Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the land belonging to the Murti Mandir Shri Mahaparabhu Ji Maharaj and Trust Shri Mahaprabhu Ji Ka Bada Mandir has been encroached by some person. Counsel place on record the circular dated 16.07.2021 issued by the State Government by which all the District Collectors in the State of Rajasthan were directed to remove the encroachments over the land of temple.

In that view of the matter, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District Collector, Kota to look into the matter and take action against the encroachers in accordance with the circular dated 16.07.2021 within a period of two months after receiving the certified copy of this order.

All the pending applications stand disposed of.
