This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:-
“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’bale Court may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this Writ Petition and impugned order dated 27.07.2002 passed by Sub divisional Officer Nainwa district Bundi and impugned judgment 19.09.2011 passed by RAA Kota and impugned judgment dated 07.12.2011 passed by BOR Ajmer may kindly be quashed and set aside it is further prayed that direction may be given to respondents to consider the application of the petitioner and issue patta in favour of petitioner for a plot on the land of khasara no. 2459 rakba 1 bigha and 15 biswa.
Any other order, which this hon’ble court deemed just and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.”

“Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks’ time to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the Office. List on 24.04.2023.”
Today also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner even in the second round.
I have perused the order passed by the learned courts below, since, the finding of fact has been recorded by the learned courts below against the petitioner, therefore, in my view, no case is made out for interference by this court under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India.
Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed.
