The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:-
(ii) The respondents may kindly be directed to counter sign the experience certificate after issuance.

(iii) The respondent may kindly be directed to permit the petitioner to submit their offline/online application form and consider the same for appointment on the post of Nursing Officer.
(iv) The respondent may kindly be directed to consider the offline/online application form and experience certificate which would be issue by the respondent and counter signed by the respondent and provide them appointment after calculating the marks of experience on the post of Nursing Officer.
(v) The respondents may kindly be directed to treat petitioner experience equivalent to Nursing Officer who are working on contract basis.
(vi) The respondents may kindly be directed to considering the experience of the petitioner of the post of Pharmacist through NGO for awarding the bonus marks.
(vii) The respondents may kindly be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the appointment to the petitioner on the post of Nursing Officer whole treating petitioner eligible on the post of Nursing Officer.”
Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by an order passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.
19677/2022 (Lala Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) decided on 05.01.2023.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Lala Ram (Supra) decided on 05.01.2023.
