At the outset Mr. Vikas Balia, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach respondent no.4 i.e. Collector, Jodhpur for ventilating the grievance raised in the writ petitions.

The petitioner is granted liberty to ventilate his grievance before the Collector, Jodhpur for the purpose of issue of compensation for the land acquired by the respondents.

The respondent no.4 i.e. Collector Jodhpur or the appropriate Authority notified under Section 3 of NHAI Act, 1956 shall decide claim of petitioners strictly in accordance with law within a period six months from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petitions are disposed off.
