Petitioner submits that the execution petition is pending before the Rent Tribunal, Ajmer since 2017 and prayed that the Rent Tribunal, Ajmer be directed to decide the pending executing petition No.47(195)/2017 expeditiously.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and also considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Rent Tribunal, Ajmer to decide the pending executing petition No.47(195)/2017 preferably within a period of six months.
