This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:-
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your lordship may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and(i) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature thereof thereby direct the respondents to consider the case of petitioner in special category and sanction special chance to petitioner for appearing in examination of Diploma in Radiation Technology course due paper namely 16010 RADIOGRAPHY-II SPECIAL AND 16020 BASIC PRIN. OF RADIOTH.,

(ii) Issue any other writ order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.

I have perused the record and in my view, no case is made
out to grant the relief prayed for by the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed.
