1 . Shri Sandeep Shah, learned Senior Counsel-cum-AAG, submits that in identical controversy, the Coordinate Bench had passed an order dated 24.05.2022 in SB Civil Writ Petition No.4065/2010 whereby, the writ petition was dismissed on account of the availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner. 2 . The order dated 24.05.2022 was challenged before the Division Bench by way of DB Special Appeal Writ No.619/2022 vide order dated 01.08.2022 whereby, the appeal was dismissed subject to the liberty as reserved to the appellant.
3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the aforementioned facts.

4 . Accordingly, the present writ petition is also dismissed in same terms as in the aforesaid orders dated 24.05.2022 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No.4065/2010 and 01.08.2022 passed in DB Spl. Appl. Writ No.619/2022.
