This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, most respectfully, prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased allow the writ petition with cost and :-
A. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, direct the respondents to extend the benefit of reservation under EXS-4 category as per the List dated 30.12.2021 to the petitioner and further , allow him to admit in the college as per the merit/ ranking in NEET-2021 in Exs-4 category to admission in MBBS/BDS course.
B. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, direct the respondent to treat the documents of petitioner’s Father as valid to extend the benefit of reservation provided in clause 5(e)(4) of the Guideline in Priority 4.
C. By any other appropriate writ, order, or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deems think fit and proper be pass in favour of the petitioner.
D. Costs of the writ petition may kindly be awarded in favour of the petitioner.”
On 13.03.2023, this court passed the following order:-
“None present on behalf of the petitioner. However, in the interest of justice, list this matter again on 22.03.2023.”
Today also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
I have perused the record and find that this matter relates to MBBS/BDS Course NEET-2021, therefore, in my considered view, by efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
