This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:-
“It is, therefore, humbly prayed that Your Lordships may very graciously be pleased to call for the record, examine the same, accept this writ petition and
I. Respondent No. 1 may kindly be directed to enroll the petitioner in MDS courses commenced from the year 2018 since the Petitioner got admitted in Vyas dental college and Hospital, Jodhpur (Respondent4)
II. Any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may kindly be passed in favor of the Petitioner.”

As per the prayer made by the petitioner this matter relates to NEET MDS Course 2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, in my view, by efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
