Mr. Rakesh Vyas, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that since the petitioner has paid the complete dues voluntarily, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.
Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. In case, the petitioner wants to made any prayer before the Settlement Committee, it shall be open for the petitioner to submit fresh representation. All pending applications stand disposed of.
