The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition claiming the following reliefs :-

"a) Direct the respondent authority to forthwith decide the application of petitioner dated 12.04.2023 (Annex.7) and provide him protection in raising construction of boundary wall on his owned land; b) direct the respondent authorities not to create any disturbance in the peaceful possession of petitioner on his owned barani agriculture land situated in Khasra Nos.37/22 & 199/235 of Nohar, total admeasuring 0.4430 hectare."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown the order passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4148/2023 (Kamal Kumar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), decided on 29.03.2023. He makes a limited submission that direction may be given to the respondent to comply with the order passed by this Court as early as possible.

2.1 The order dated 29.03.2023 reads as follows :-

"Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset makes a limited submission that the respondents may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner.

In light of such limited submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

Stay Petition as well as pending applications stand disposed of accordingly."

Mr. R.D. Bhadu, learned Government Deputy Counsel appearing for the respondents-State assures this Court that aforequoted order shall be complied with at the earliest.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to comply with the assurance given by learned counsel for the respondent.
