Learned counsel for the petitioner after having attempted to argue the matter at some length submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal challenging the order impugned. He also prays that in case of any delay in filing the appeal, the appellate may be directed to consider the application preferred for condonation of delay i.e. the period for which the petitioner prosecuted the remedy of present writ petition before this court.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
