This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:-
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed and :-
(a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction direct the respondents to give admission to the petitioner in Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery course in the respondent No. 2 college immediately so that petitioner can pursue his studies.
(b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction and quash and set aside the alleged order (copy of which has not been

made available to the petitioner) whereby the additional courses of Jamia Urdu Aligarh has been cancelled w.e.f. 5.7.2011.
(c) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction giving any other relief which this Hon’ble Court considers fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. (d) Cost of the petition may kindly be awarded.”
On 10.03.2023, this court passed the following order:-
“None present on behalf of the parties. However, in the interest of justice, list on 27.03.2023.”
Today also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
I have perused the record and find that this matter relates to Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery Course-2012, therefore, in my considered view, by efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
