Instant writ petition filed by the petitioner to set aside the impugned charge-sheet dated 25.08.2021 and to stay the departmental proceedings pursuant to the charge-sheet.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that during pendency of the writ petition, departmental enquiry has been concluded, hence the prayer made for in the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Stay application and any other pending application, if any, stand disposed of.
