Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a decision of this court rendered on 20.05.2013 in passed in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.8309/2012 (Dadam Das Vaishnav Vs State of Rajasthan & Ors;).
In view of the submissions made before this court, the present writ petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to grant the same benefits as granted to the similarly situated person i.e. Dadam Das Vaishnav within a period of two months from today.
