- Mr. Beniwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent – University, at the outset, submitted that the petitioner has been given substantial relief so far as petitioner’s request for Career Advancement scheme to Stage - II is concerned and the petition has, therefore, been rendered infructuous. 2. Inviting Court’s attention towards prayer clause No.1, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that true it is, that the petitioner has been given benefit of Stage – II of Career Advancement Scheme but the date from which it is given is not correct and his prayer for Stage-III and Stage – IV still remains to be considered by the University.
