Ravi Shankar Pareek S/O Durga Lal Pareek Vs the State of Rajasthan

Petitioner has filed this petition in regard to raising the grievance that the petitioner has not been allotted the home District, Tonk though the persons lower in merit have been allotted the home District, Tonk. The allotment of district was made vide order dated 05.03.2019 and the petition has been filed in the year, 2021.

Considering the issue raised in the present petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner should have approached the respondents authorities in regard to his grievances which have been raised in this petition.
