In the present matter, while issuing notices to the respondent on 05.04.2023, further proceedings in Civil Misc. Case No.05/2022 were directed to be stayed.

Today, learned counsel Mr. G.S. Rathore puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has no objection, if the present petition is allowed and the matter is transferred to Family Court, Jaipur.

In view of the specific consent given by learned counsel for the respondent, the present transfer petition is allowed. The Civil Misc. Petition No.05/2022 pending before the Additional District Judge, Kuchamancity, Nagaur is directed to be transferred to Family Court, Jaipur.

The Additional District Judge, Kuchamancity, Nagaur is directed to send the complete file/record of Civil Misc. Petition No.05/2022 (Chakravarti Singh Vs. Pramod Shekhawat) to the Family Court, Jaipur within a period of three weeks. It is made clear that after the transfer of the said petition to the learned Family Court, Jaipur, it would proceed in accordance with law. 6. The stay petition also stands disposed of.
