Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed their representation before the concerned SHO on 30.11.2023. In this background, it is averred that the petitioners shall be satisfied if the said representation, encapsulating the grievance of the petitioners, is duly considered by the concerned SHO i.e. respondent no.5. .

This Court directs the concerned SHO to consider the case of the petitioners at the earliest as the matter pertains to Article 21 of the Constitution of India and is of the subject matter of police protection.

Accordingly, present matter is disposed of.

Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to inform the concerned SHO regarding the passing of the instant order. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to submit a copy of this order before the concerned SHO.
