Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that after thorough investigation police filed charge-sheet against the petitioner no.3 Pramod Maheshwari before the competent Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the objections at the time of framing of charges.
