Instant criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer that the learned Additional District and Session Judge, Churu may kindly be directed to decide the Revision Petition No.92/2017 pending before it expeditiously as the same is pending since 2017.
In view of the limited prayer and considering the fact that the revision petition is pending since 2017, I deem it appropriate to direct learned Additional District and Session Judge, Churu to decide the revision petition No.92/2017 pending before it expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
The misc. petition stands disposed of accordingly.
