Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 04.04.2023 received from the SHO, Police Station Mahila Jodhpur City (West), Jodhpur Commissionerate, wherein it has been mentioned that no offences have been proved against the present petitioners and challan has been presented only against the husband- Ajaypal. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. Stay application also stands dismissed.
