The present case is of 138 Negotiable Instruments Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that arrest warrant issued vide order dated 07.09.2022 be converted into bailable warrant.
In light of the limited prayer, the present petition is disposed of while converting arrest warrant issued on 07.09.2022 by the learned trial court into bailable warrant for a period of 30 days from today.

In case, the petitioner fails to comply with the conditions of the learned trial court, the learned trial court shall be free to issue fresh arrest warrant.
