The petition is for quashing of FIR No.642/2022, P.S. Sangaria, District Hanumangarh for the offence under Sections 354 IPC and Section 7, 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner may be permitted to give representation alongwith all the relevant documents before the Superintendent Of Police, Hanumangarh, who may be directed to consider and decide the same.

In light of such submission, this misc. petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Hanumangarh to decide the representation of petitioner, strictly in accordance with law.
