On 16.12.2022, S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.8410/2022 and 4194/2022 were listed before this Court and at the request of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the bail application No.8410/2022 was dismissed as withdrawn and the bail application No.4194/2022 was adjourned for one week. However, at the time of drawing order in bail application No.8410/2022, the cause tile of another bail application No.4194/2022 was inadvertently mentioned.
In view of the above, it is clarified that on 16.12.2022, the bail application No.8410/2022 was dismissed as withdrawn and no order for withdrawing the bail application No.4194/2022 was passed.
