On 15.12.2022, S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.15437/2022, 12835/2021 and 5061/2022 were listed before this Court and at the request of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the bail application No.15437/2022 was dismissed as withdrawn and the bail application Nos.12835/2021 and 5061/2022 were adjourned for 10.01.2023. However, at the time of drawing order in bail application No.15437/2022, the cause title of another bail application Nos. 12835/2021 and 5061/2022 were inadvertently mentioned.
In view of the above, it is clarified that on 15.12.2022, the bail application No.15437/2022 was dismissed as withdrawn and no order for withdrawing the bail application Nos.12835/2021 and 5061/2022 were passed.
