The present Revision Petition under Section 397/401 of the Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner-wife against the order dated 09.08.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nathdwara in Criminal Revision Petition No.02/2018 whereby the learned Revision Court allowed the revision petition filed by the respondent-Husband and set aside the order dated 01.12.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nathdwara in Criminal Misc. Case No.18/2016 in which the interim maintenance of Rs.6000/- was granted to the petitioner herein. A perusal of the material available on record reveals that learned trial court has granted interim maintenance to the petitioner. The original petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending consideration before the learned trial Court.

In view of the above the present revision petition is disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to decide the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today.
