Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present bail application at this stage and seeks liberty to file a fresh bail application after statement of prosecutrix is recorded.
Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
It is expected that the trial Court will record the statement of prosecutrix on priority basis.
