alleged offence. No recovery is due against the accusedpetitioners. Accused-petitioners have been implicated in the case on the basis of doubt. The contraband recovered is 10 Kg 500 Gms Poppy Husk, which is, below commercial quantity. Trial of the case will take long spell of time, therefore, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners behind the bars. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the bail application. 4. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case, more particularly the fact that the contraband recovered is below commercial quantity. Trial of the case may take long time. I deem it just and proper to grant bail to the accused-petitioners. 5. Accordingly, this bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that accused-petitioners Jagjeet Singh S/o Sh. Major Singh & Rajendra Singh S/o Sh. Chhindrapal Singh arrested in connection with FIR No.82/2023 dated 25.04.2023 registered at Police Station Poogal, District Bikaner shall be released on bail provided they furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
