Heard.
The first bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on merits vide order dated 02.09.2021. Thereafter, the second bail application filed by the petitioner was also dismissed by this Court on merits vide order dated 28.03.2022. After that, third bail application filed by the petitioner was also dismissed by this Court vide order dated 01.08.2022. Petitioner has filed this 4th bail application before this court.
Instead of entertaining this bail application, petitioner is directed to exhaust his remedy before the trial court.
The 4th bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
