Learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that accused appellant No.1-Subhash Chandra Mittal had died on 07.06.2013, therefore, this appeal has been abated. He has produced a copy of the death certificate of appellant-Subhash Chandra Mittal, which is taken on record. He further submits that on account of death of appellant No.2-Hirday Prakash Mittal, appeal qua appellant No.2Hirday Prakash Mittal was abated by this court vide order dated 19.10.2022.
None is present on behalf of the appellants to deny the aforesaid facts.
In view of the above, this appeal stands abated and disposed of accordingly.
