Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the civil revision petition with the submission that

the present revision petition had been preferred against the order dated 18.07.2017, whereby the application under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 CPC as preferred by the defendants was dismissed. No interim order is operating in this revision petition and the suit has now proceeded further and therefore no useful purpose will be served in keeping the revision petition pending.
In view of the submission made, the present revision petition
is dismissed as not pressed.
Stay petition also stands dismissed.
