Learned counsel for the appellants has produced photocopy of the order dated 06.11.2019 passed by the learned Additional District Judge No.2, Beawar in Civil Execution No.121/2012 (1/2012) before this Court, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal in the light of the aforesaid order of learned Additional District Judge No.2, Beawar with liberty to revive, if any, contrary order is passed.
Permission, as sought for, is granted.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
