Matter comes up on misc. application No.1/2023 filed by the appellant for withdrawal of the misc. appeal on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
Learned counsel Mr.Rahul Sharma appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that during pendency of the present appeal, compromise has been arrived at between the parties and as such the appellant does not want to press the present misc. appeal.
Learned counsel Mr.Sanjay Rahar appearing on behalf of the respondent also admits that compromise has been arrived at between the parties.

For the reasons mentioned in the aforesaid application, the same is allowed and the appellant is permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
