This Court vide order dated 24.01.2023 had directed the office to enquire from the Officer concerned – Manisha an Officer of Rajasthan Administrative Services Cadre, as whether any unconditional apology has been tendered by the contemnor before her on 05.01.2023 and whether she has accepted the same or not.

We find that a letter dated 05.01.2023 signed by the contemnors is placed in the file and it also bears the fact of receiving such unconditional apology before the Assistant Collector, Dausa District Dausa.

The remark put on the left hand side of the unconditional apology says that the contemnor undertook to behave in a good manner and would not repeat any previous activity, which he did

before the Officer concerned, on account of which the contempt petition was initiated.

We, therefore, considering the affidavit filed by the respondent-contemnor and his unconditional apology tendered before this Court as well as before the Officer concerned, deems it proper to drop the proceedings initiated against the respondentcontemnor.

We also expect that the respondent-contemnor would abide by the undertaking, which has been given by him before this Court as well as before the Court concerned.

This Court would also like to observe that the contemnor though has not behaved in a proper manner before the Court, however, since he has realized his mistake and tendered unconditional apology, as such this Court is required to drop the proceedings finally.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. Notices are discharged.
