The present contempt petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the order passed by the Division Bench on 18th January, 2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that initial contempt petition, filed by the petitioners, being DB Civil Contempt Petition No.1165/2018 (Prem Bai & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) was disposed of by this Court by declaring that the directions issued by the Division Bench on 09th August, 2018 in bunch of contempt petitions led by DB Civil Contempt Petition No.1563/2018 (Smt.Anuradha Gupta Vs. Shri Ashutosh A.T.Pednekar & Ors.) be complied with by the Management and the State Government in pursuance of the directions given by the Division Bench on 06th November, 2015 in the case of State of Rajasthan Vs. Management Committee Shri Bhagwan Das Todi (DB Civil Appeal No.663/2015) .
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that when the order dated 18th January, 2019 was not complied with, the petitioners had to again file the present contempt petition.
This Court sought response from the respondents as whether compliance of the order, passed by this Court, has been made or not.
The respondents have filed reply to the contempt petition and it has been specifically mentioned that in compliance of the judgment dated 18th January, 2019, the Department of Secretary Education, vide its order dated 29th March, 2023, has issued payment of Rs.13,62,017/- in favour of the petitioners in their respective bank accounts.

The respondents have pleaded that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and due payment has been made to the petitioners.
We find that the respondents have annexed the documents, relating to payment being made to the present petitioners, along with reply and as such, compliance of the order, passed by this Court, has been made by the respondents.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Notices are discharged.
