The present leave to appeal pertains to the year 2018 and the defects as pointed out by the office have not been removed despite time being granted by the Registrar (Admn.) on 12.02.2019 and further on 08.03.2019 and again by the Court on 05.09.2023. On 05.09.2023, while granting last opportunity of two weeks, the Court clearly observed that if the defects are not

removed within the stipulated period, the appeal would be listed for dismissal.

As per the office report, the defects have not been removed till date.

In view of the same, the present leave to appeal is dismissed in non-compliance.
