Inviting attention of this Court towards the order dated 19.12.2019 (Annexure-R/1) passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Banswara and the list appended therewith, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in compliance of direction of this Court dated 24.08.2018, the petitioner has been accorded appointment on the post of LDC and she has joined in

pursuance thereof. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt petition. The order is taken on record.

None for the petitioner even in second round.

This Court has, vide its order dated 24.08.2018, contempt whereof is alleged, disposed of the writ petition in the light of order dated 12.07.2018 passed by this Court in case of Rohitash Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.:S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1767/2018 wherein, learned Additional Advocate General has extended an undertaking to consider claim of the petitioner and similarly situated candidates in the backdrop of Circular dated 29.05.2018. A perusal of the order appended with the reply reveals that the petitioner has been accorded appointment on the post of LDC in pursuance thereof.

Since, there has been substantial compliance of the order dated 24.08.2018, this contempt petition is dismissed.
