Inviting attention of this Court towards the order dated 01.08.2019 passed by the District Supply Officer, Dholpur, learned counsel for hte respondents submits that in compliance of direction of this Court dated 08.04.2019, the representation filed

by the petitioner has been decided. He, therefore, pays for dismissal of the contempt petition.

None for the petitioner even in the second round. None appeared on her behalf on last two dates also, i.e, 01.03.2023 & 24.02.2023.

This Court has, vide order dated 08.04.2019, contempt whereof is alleged, directed the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for allotment of fair price shop and communicate the reasons if not found eligible. A perusal of the order dated 01.08.2019 reveals that instead of the petitioner, Panchhipura Women Multi-purpose Cooperative Society was found eligible for allotment of fair price shop and the petitioner was communicated of the decision.

In view thereof, this Court is satisfied that there has been substantial compliance of the order dated 08.04.2019.

The contempt petition is dismissed accordingly.
