Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for noncompliance of order dated 12.11.2018 the present writ petition was dismissed in default. The said restoration application is filed in the year 2021 after almost two years.
This court deems it appropriate to allow the present restoration application. Writ petition is restored to its original number.
Looking to the Covid-19 situation, and in the interest of justice the applicant is directed to deposit Rs.5,00/- to the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur.
