In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its highly infectious Omicron variant, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
The present misc. application has been preferred for marking the attendance on behalf of respondent No.7 in the order dated 26.02.2020 passed by this Hon’ble Court.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The attendance of Mr. P.C. Sharma, learned counsel for respondent-Housing Board be treated as marked in the aforementioned order dated 26.02.2020, and the same shall form part thereof.
