In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its highly infectious Omicron variant, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in the Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Counsel for the appellant after making submissions for some time does not wish to press this leave to appeal but seeks liberty to take civil recourse if available to him.
This Court observes that it is always open for the parties to seek any civil intervention in case it is provided in law.
Accordingly, the present leave to appeal is dismissed.
