maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.

The present misc. application has been preferred seeking correction in the order dated 07.07.2020 passed by this Hon’ble Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3029/2020.

For the reasons mentioned in the misc. application, the same is allowed.

The first paragraph of the aforementioned order dated 07.07.2020 is substituted by the following:

“In view of notification No.F6(2) FD/Tax/2019149 dated 30.3.2020, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion so arise.”

The aforementioned order dated 07.07.2020 shall be read accordingly.
