and composure, the girl stated that though she had married the present petitioner, but after going to the matrimonial home, she was maltreated and was beaten and hence, she left the company of the petitioner and is living with the respondent Chhagan Godara of her own free will and volition. She bluntly refused to go with the present petitioner.
In this background, we hereby direct that the corpus shall be forthwith escorted to the place desired by her. The habeas corpus petition is disposed of. The rule is discharged.
