The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved of the suspension order dated 27.07.2020.
Vide order dated 08.09.2020, the effect and operation of the order dated 27.07.2020 was stayed.
Consequently, the petitioner was reinstated and continued in service.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner has retired and therefore, no cause of the present writ petition survives.
In view of the submissions made, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
All the pending applications also stand disposed of.
